We Review & Send Your Invoice

After receiving your order, we check your business name availability, review your details, and send you an invoice via email. Payment is only requested after you've confirmed everything looks correct.

Step 3

We File With the State

Once payment is confirmed, we prepare and file your Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State's office. We also submit your BOI report to FinCEN and apply for your EIN with the IRS (Standard and Premium packages).
