State filing fees and government fees are passed through at exact cost with zero markup. These are non-refundable once submitted to the state, IRS, or other government agencies.
Processing times stated on our website are estimates based on typical state and IRS timelines. Actual times may vary due to government processing delays, peak filing periods, or requests for additional information. Corpify US is not liable for delays caused by government agencies.
We do not guarantee specific processing times unless explicitly stated in writing for expedited services.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing your order. Errors in your name, business name, address, or other details that result in rejected or incorrect filings may require refiling, and additional fees may apply.
